Terms of Use

Glow Space is a marketplace that connects customers with independent beauty and photography service partners — stylists, salons, and photographers — for bookings made either at the partner's location or as a home visit. Glow Space facilitates the booking and connection between customers and partners; the services themselves are provided directly by the partner, not by Glow Space.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

When you book a service, you agree to be present (or make the location available, for home visits) at the scheduled time and to pay the agreed price using the supported payment method. Partners agree to honor confirmed bookings or to cancel with reasonable notice through the app. Cancellation by either party is reflected in the app and the other party is notified.

Glow Space is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a partner and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services performed. Disputes about a specific service should be raised first with the partner, and Glow Space support can be contacted for assistance.

Partners (stylists, salons, photographers) must provide accurate business information and are responsible for the accuracy of their listed services, pricing, and availability. Glow Space may review and approve partner accounts before they appear on the marketplace, and may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, abuse, or harm another user
• Attempt to circumvent the booking or payment flow of the Service to avoid fees
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information, reviews, or listings
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated means to access the Service without our written permission

Content you submit (reviews, messages, photos) must be accurate and lawful. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.

The Service is provided “as is”. While we work to keep it reliable, we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Glow Space is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from services provided by partners.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
